It’s official as of Thursday 15 October: Disney+ France has announced that The Bridge is joining its platform. The first episode of the new season is available from today.
Watch
Launched in 2024, The Bridge has found its place in French football. The idea is simple: bring players, legends and cultural figures around the same table, then let the conversation do the rest. Samuel Eto’o, Raphaël Varane, Ousmane Dembélé, Kylian Mbappé, Achraf Hakimi, Paul Pogba and Omar Sy have all taken a seat. The episode with Mbappé, Hakimi and Bentalha passed one billion impressions online.
The new season works in a simple way: each episode streams first on Disney+, exclusively for 7 days, then lands on YouTube. The Bridge reaches a new audience without moving away from the one that helped it grow.
For ESN, which has produced The Bridge since the very first episode, the move to Disney+ confirms a belief the agency shares with its players: an athlete can also be a creator, with a voice, a format and an audience. The show keeps its DNA and its freedom of tone, and gains a showcase that matches its ambition.
The new episode of The Bridge is streaming now on Disney+.
